Many clients already own their Italian property — or they are purchasing a finished or partially finished home and simply need the interiors brought to the level they expect. In these cases a full structural renovation is not required. What is required is precise design, access to the right Italian makers, and someone on the ground who will coordinate every detail.

This work demonstrates exactly that capability: custom kitchen systems, tailored cabinetry, carefully selected natural materials (marble, timber, metal mesh), lighting, and full bathroom packages — all designed and ordered through established high-end Italian partners and installed under direct supervision.

I remain present throughout the process so that decisions are made with real materials in hand, proportions are checked on site, and the finished result matches the quality standard the client was shown.
