This multi-level lakeside villa required a full renovation to meet the expectations of an international client seeking a sophisticated primary and entertaining residence. The works included structural reinforcement, complete systems replacement, high-end interior architecture, and the redesign of terraces and garden areas that capitalize on the lake views.

As Owner’s Representative I managed the entire professional and construction team on behalf of the client, ensured regulatory compliance, controlled costs and quality, and maintained transparent communication throughout the project.

My Role as Owner’s Representative

  • Pre-construction due diligence and budget validation
  • Assembly and coordination of the full design and engineering team
  • Permit management and regulatory compliance oversight
  • Contractor procurement, negotiation, and performance management
  • Detailed cost control and value-engineering recommendations
  • Regular site inspections with comprehensive digital reporting
  • Material specification and supplier coordination for premium finishes
  • Final quality control, commissioning, and formal handover
